Nokatec ® is a very flexible and simple system. The module is fixed onto a welded metal frame structure (Steel or Aluminium). It can be installed in all types of vibration screen. Nokatec is suitable for screening of most products like quarry aggregates, iron ore, coal, sand etc. 

The range of screen opening ranges from 0.25 mm to 80.00 mm in square or slotted form. Apertures can be custom made to customer’s needs. 

Superior cost advantage (Longer wear life) and performance (Various Polyurethane grades for most abrasive engineering application) have led to many instances of Polyurethane replacing metal, rubber, wood and plastic.
